JEANNINE OHRMUNDT - Mrs. Ohrmundt is Vice President of Business and Finance Manager at Aviation Concepts Inc. She has over twenty (20) years of executive management & financial management experience, including over 10 years with Aviation Concepts. Mrs. Ohrmundt attended Richland College at Dallas for business management. Mrs. Ohrmundt has owned and operated Hicks Contract Services, a technical staffing service, since 1996. She was associated with Aviation Concepts as Accounting/Purchasing

and Office Manager from 1999 thru 2006. She also supported Greenpoint Technologies as a Senior Buyer (contractor) to manage cabinetry suppliers for several custom VIP projects; BLP Engineers as an Administrative Assistant to the CEO; Integrated Telecom as an Administrative Assistant to VP, Executive International Sales. Her work experience included contract negotiations, preparation of investor prospectus, prepare and maintain MEP specifications, project planning, purchasing, revenue distribution, receivables, payables, collections, preparation of financial reports, and office management.

Mrs. Ohrmundt’s primary responsibilities for the company are financial planning, accounting, purchasing, forecasting, developing & maintaining specifications, prepare proposals and contracts, prepare and analyze supplier bids, analyze potential modification facilities capabilities and office manager. She also serves as Corporate Secretary.

Mrs. Ohrmundt’s aviation involvement experience includes work with Boeing, 737, 747, 767 & 777, Gulfstream G-III, G-IV, G-V, Challengers, Falcon 700/400 and 2000 aircraft.
