KIMBERLY ADAMS EMERY - Ms. Emery is co-founder and President of Aviation Concepts and has developed and implemented for the Company the internal capability of delivering any aircraft to particular customers design specifications. Ms. Emery has installed a complete design center at the company's headquarters and maintains a complete vendor file including the highest quality fabric sample and equipment lines suitable for aircraft installation. CAD/CAM computer design including three-dimensional modeling equipment is also available from the Company.

Ms Emery was formerly employed by K-C Aviation as a Design Manager and has over seventeen (17) years' experience in aircraft interior design. Ms. Emery was responsible for the first three (3) Gulfstream IV aircraft completed by K-C Aviation (including the first G-IV to be placed in service), numerous Challenger aircraft and has accomplished over ninety-five (95) major refurbishes and completions of corporate aircraft independently or in connection with Aviation Concepts, including Gulfstream, Canadair, Hawker and Boeing 727, 737, 757, 767 and 777 aircraft.

Ms. Emery graduated on the dean's list from Memphis State University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Interior Design. Memphis State is one of the few F.I.D.E.R. accredited design schools in the United States. Ms. Emery also attended the University of Arkansas and the University of Mississippi.

Ms. Emery actual work experience on aircraft has included detailed technical design drafting, fabric and color selection and production design implementation as well as overall design project coordination. She has the unique ability and knowledge to work with the Client and the many craftsmen in a production facility to achieve the desired aesthetic result in a feasible and functional manner.

Ms. Emery primarily responsibility on Company projects are to identify and develop fully the design package including fabrics, materials, working design drawings and space utilization analysis. Ms. Emery also works with the Client and the completion center in the implementation of the design package and monitors the quality and functional aspect of the project throughout the completion process. Ms. Emery is known for her ability to assess the Client's requirements and to visualize how these requirements relate to an aircraft environment as well as the ability to implement those requirements in a cost-effective manner.
