W. RALPH EMERY - Mr. Emery is co-founder and
Chairman of Aviation Concepts, Inc. Mr. Emery has over thirty-five
(35) years' experience in the corporate aircraft industry
encompassing all facets of administration, operation, maintenance
and completion production activities, including the management of
engineering and technical activities for a large aircraft support
facility. Aviation Concepts Inc., is a consulting company which
evaluates, acquires, accomplishes maintenance updates and interior
design, refurbishes, completions, registrations, airworthiness
validations and administrative and operational support activities
for corporate jet aircraft ranging in size from Citation through
Boeing Aircraft. |

Prior to starting Aviation Concepts Inc. in 1990 Mr. Emery was
employed by Jack Prewitt & Associates, Inc., commencing in 1987 as
Vice President/General Manager and assumed the responsibilities of
Executive Vice President in January of 1989. Prior to joining Jack
Prewitt & Associates, Inc., Mr. Emery was Executive Vice President
of K-C Aviation Inc. - Dallas, which he helped start in 1977. Mr.
Emery's duties at K-C included the primary responsibility for new
aircraft completion including direct responsibility for marketing,
contract negotiation, design, engineering and production. Mr. Emery
developed K-C's Canadair Challenger, McDonald Douglas DC-9 and
Gulfstream IV completion programs. These programs have been among
the most successful in the industry. Mr. Emery also has experience
in dealing with aircraft manufacturers and modification centers and
also has managerial experience in aircraft operations.
Prior to participating in the start-up of K-C Aviation Inc. -
Dallas, Mr. Emery was Vice President of Marketing for Executive
Aircraft Service Inc., a division of Cooper Airmotive (now Aviall),
a company that was founded by his father in the 1950's.
Mr. Emery's responsibility with Company Projects include the initial
project development, technical specifications, quotation
solicitation, contract's, fiscal management and general oversight
responsibility. |
